Anodized or Powder Coated
Both the 2" and 4" Flex Wall panels are assembled with anodized aluminum framework. The freestanding structural system is designed to support overhead loads. The wire stud can be used as electrical raceways or process piping chases. The framing members are extruded with more thickness than standard office systems to provide for the increased loading demands of cleanrooms. For corrosive environments, all framing materials are available with a baked powder coat finish. For static sensitive environments, a variety of conductive powder-coat paints can be applied to skins or framing members.

Structurally Superb
Structural design provides a walkable deck for the support of mechanical equipment above and suspended ceiling below. Structural calculations with licensed civil engineering stamped drawings are included with each design package. System maintenance is easily accessed via OSHA-approved ladders.

Wire studs can be equipped with standard electrical duplex outlets. They can be installed with each plug facing different rooms. Piping for compressed air, process gasses or vacuum lines can also be installed in the post extrusion. The wire stud can be installed in a horizontal position for tabletop distribution. Accessing the piping is accomplished by simply removing the wire stud cover.
